Can I get my product wet?
While these items are not water proof, it is okay for them to get a little wet every once and a while. We would just recommend not fully submerging into water, or fully saturating it
(showering, bathing, swimming).

How can I tell my Bracelet size?
An easy way to tell your wrist size is to measure the open length of a bracelet you already have and choose the closest length available. Another option is to take a string, rope, or strip of fabric and wrapping it around your wrist (loosely, giving grace for extra material), mark the string where it meets, lay it flat and measure that length. When you go to select the length of the bracelet you choose, select the closest size up by .5!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Finish times and shipping times will vary, but as a rule of thumb please allow at least 3-4 days for the product to be completed. Then when the item is shipped you will receive the information through whatever means were given when the order was placed! (Email or Phone #)
